18-19 April 2020
We are delighted to announce that this year, we have new elements to the show which are promising to make it even better than the previous years!
In addition to the variety of vehicles on display from vintage to modern day on the Saturday and Sunday, SpareParts will be returning on the Sunday only for the TruckTown Arts Festival funded by Arts Council of England. Unfortunately, there will be no Arts Parade this year or Foden’s Band due to other engagements, however, there will be the Music Festival which offers a variety of local bands performing on the Commons on Saturday and the Cobbles on Sunday. Don’t forget, there will also be the exit parade at the end of each day starting at 4pm. On Sunday there will be a ride through of Harley Davidson’s followed by classic VW Beetles including a replica of the famous Herbie. After the ride through both the Harley Davidsons and the VW Beetles will be in town for the day and will lead the exit parade.
During the weekend, why not see the Spitfire on the Commons next to the Army Cadets to help celebrate 75 years of D-Day. Why not go to the “2019 Show” page on the website which tells you the history behind how the RAF Canadian Unit raising £5,000 in 1941 to purchase the Spitfire.
There will be plenty on offer for everybody – from the car enthusiastic Dads to the excited Children who want to play and the Mums who would like to sit down and listen to some music. The town will be buzzing with livelihood from the Fire Station Open Days, the TruckTown Festival on Sunday only, Train Rides, Remote Controlled Cars and the list goes on…there truly is enough to keep everyone entertained over the entire weekend.

We look forward to seeing you at the Sandbach Transport Festival Weekend!!!
Chairman Sandbach Transport Festival
There are report's on Facebook that the Transport Festival has " banned " motorcycles from this year's event, this needs to be clarified. The committee following Serious Safety Issues at 2018 festival have decided not to host the climax of the St Lukes Cycle Run, which it has for the last three years. This does not have any effect on motorcycle entries to the show in fact we wish for an increase in entries this year. We hope this clarifies INCORRECT reports made by ill informed people.
